Visit policy

Rules for booking, confirming, and cancelling appointments, plus late arrival and payment policy.

Policy

  1. Booking. Appointments are booked by phone or in person at the clinic.

  2. Clothing. Patients should wear comfortable clothing suitable for therapy (sportswear works best).

  3. Reminder. A reminder is sent at the latest one day before the appointment, by SMS or phone call.

  4. Confirmation. Patients are required to confirm their appointment by 8:00 PM the day before. Without confirmation, the clinic reserves the right to cancel the appointment.

  5. Late arrival (patient). The visit is shortened by the duration of the delay, or may be cancelled by the clinic.

  6. Late arrival (physiotherapist). The visit is extended by the same number of minutes the physiotherapist was late.

  7. Same-day cancellation (patient). If the patient cancels on the same day as the visit, the patient is obligated to cover 100% of the cost before the next scheduled appointment.

  8. Same-day cancellation (physiotherapist). If the physiotherapist cancels on the same day, the patient bears no cost for the next session.
